Crossfit #1

Wow...
Today I partook in my first Crossfit workout... and it was more of a beast than I initially planned that it would be. All in all the workout consisting of 3 consecutive sets of:
800m
115 lb thrusters x 15
L-Pullups x 21
... does not sound all that bad. However, doing such a thing is a different story. Yet, alas, twas completed with sets of 6:15, 6:30, 7:00, for a total time of 19:45.
I sure did enjoy it and hope to continue many workouts that this site has to offer in the near future.

Also, I began climing recently, and in summary, had a blast and looking forward to doing it time and time again; forearms sore, need shoes and harness... one of these days HMO here I come.

Well, need to go and do something more productive.
